Riviera Mankoadze

Gentle Works is designing a 5.5 acre coastal community in Mankoadze, Ghana.
Positioned between the Gulf of Guinea and Mount Manko, the proposed resort project features a variety of residential structures (for sale or lease) and amenities including a scenic bar/restaurant, a cascading waterfall pool, cabanas, restrooms, and a boardwalk. The site is pedestrian-friendly, with automobiles maintained at the entrance only. Our design leans into local materials and culturally significant crafts, including handmade tiles, breezeblock, rammed earth, tropical woods, and woven accents. The design anticipates utilizing locally-sourced materials and tradespeople for the development of this enthralling project.
